Gentle, Slow Movement Class - Shawville

This is a quiet, slow-moving class to assist healing and relief of hip, back, shoulder, neck, etc., pains.
Bring water, a yoga mat and clean, bare feet.
This is a Pontiac Community Fundraiser to assist the Curling Club in raising funds to replace a broken ~$25K ice pump.
The recommended minimum donation, if feasible, is $5 / person per class please which will be collected at the door.
If there is interest, the class will continue weekly.
There will be Fizzy Sports drinks, protein goodies for sale.

Magical Torch-Lit Skating Night - Lac-des-Loups
